Twas the Night before Start Time ...
Twas the night before start time, and all through the house
Was planning and preping with the click of a mouse
The diaries were planned with the workouts in mind
With it all written down, so nothing is left behind
The children were nestled all snug in their beds
and this mummy thought she too had best rest her head
While visions of sugar-plums will not dance in my head
because I see them smashing and falling in a game best left unsaid!
HERE WE GO ..... it's the night before DAY 1 of the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation.
Although I know I followed this for 3 Rounds last year and was very successful I am not ashamed to admit that I too struggled on the outside on my own even though I had a massive facebook support as always. What do they say the best laid plan of mice and men....???
So I figure I have nothing to loose except the left over bit of weight that I want to loose and a whole lot to gain.
I've worked out my workouts for the week which was very important to me because last time I started this journey I found I couldn't juggle everything and I ended up leaving one of my jobs so I could focus on this full time now I am only working part time and with my son settled back at school (fingers crossed) we should have more of a balanced lifestyle to plan and develop.
So here we go - wish me determination, strength, courage and the ability to just keep going ..... JFDI!
