Weigh In Day ~ Wed 15th Feb

Traditionally in 12WBT Wednesday is Weigh in day.  It's far enough along from the weekend for you to have undone any damage you might have done on Saturday Night.

I weigh in and I have lost 700gms since Monday  - Woo Hoo!  Exciting Stuff!!!

Zumba with David again at Blackwood and did 669 calories.  This is turning into one of my favourite fitness classes!  I hope that I keep burning great calories like this every time!

There's a mix up with my schedule today and I'm meant to have a PT session but as it wasn't on I thought best use to the time and attend another Aqua class this time the HRM said 225 so hopefully that means it's working better.  I think the trick is to turn it on a few seconds before you enter the water but it doesn't always work when you are doing all the jumping up and down in the pool.

Mish's LIVE video tonight which is super exciting, loads of people asking questions and saying how great the program is.  Inspires me to get up and go.

Went for a walk tonight with a good friend who we use to walk twice a week around our local footy oval but our schedules are always conflicting!  We arranged this at the last minute so we walk an hour together having a good chat and I burn 532 calories and also dedicate those 2 kms to - Anne Lomas & Alex Sloan.
