I decide to weigh in today just to see where I am at and nearly pass out to find that I've gained another kg in the wrong direction. I'm meant to be going down not up... must have been those cupcakes, and few lollies, and left over chocolate on the board when I got home and of course the take away food sat night... oh dear....
The above statement reminded me of now my journey over the next two days although I should always been conscious of my diet now I have to be super careful over the next two days! I swear things shouldn't have to be this hard, well I guess stop putting myself in the situation where I need to make it hard in the first place!
It's HORRIBLE weather here in Adelaide today raining in 4 different directions. It's also back to school today for my son which he is excited about so that's great! I drop him off at then take hubby to work because there's no way he should have to ride his bike in that weather it's not safe at all.
I don't mind taking him to work at all so I change my plans from going down to Kylie's Zumba class down south which is a good 15 min drive to go to the gym instead and do Body Step as I really need a good calorie burn to get a head start on smashing away the weight gain for the week!!!
Well I've DRAMATICALLY made the wrong mistake!!! I only burn 314 calories in step. I'm soooo dissapointed!!!! I didn't put the feet under the step as I can't afford a mishap like I had last time so to get use to it all I just have the step flat on the floor obviously this was my mistake it was a little too easy I feel. Also a few of the moves I didn't have the confidence at all to get on the step so did a few of the steps on the floor.
Tonight I go to Zumba @ Glitz instead of going to Dave's because I don't want to drive in this crazy weather up into the hill and I'm soooo glad that I did I did a PB there of 760 calories!!!! I love going in the evening it's like a night club they have the strobe lights going and its just cool.
