Pre-Season Task 7 - Fitness Test - Mon 28 May

Here we go again.... LOL

It's always good to have a baseline of what fitness you can do but sometimes I think how am I so unfit even after all the Zumba that I do LOL.

I can at least run for 1km nearly without stopping although its quite a slow jog which is fine as I kept on moving!!!

Then there is other things tested like pushups, situps (0, I tell you 0 core strength here - major struggle street LOL) and flexability!  

My results are pretty much spot on for what I finished with last round so that at least to know after three weeks of being a bit quiet on the exercise I haven't lost everything to be back at the start again.

We will redo the test again in week 4, 8 and 12 so hopefully I'm going to be running that bit faster and will eventually be able to sit up and do a sit up all on my own!!!!
