Tonight was an exciting Zumba event. My new instructor and friend Kylie is having her 2nd Zumba Birthday to celebrate her 2nd year in business. Super excited to rock it out for 1.5hours. Just a little sad that my HRM can't be here with me today LOL.
I twas a great night with two of her friends coming to instructor. Some of the dances they did the music I knew but they had all different moves and other dances they did I knew VERY well so was able to rock it out. I really liked the big ones where we split the room and do massive cardio parts of it.
I know I sweated up a storm and Kylie had a massive turn out so I'm really excited for her. Even some of her 'day time only ladies' came to her evening event to show their support. Kylie is so lovely and kind and friendly to everyone.
