Wednesday Weigh In - 'The Same' - Wed 11th July

Sorry it's been a week since I last wrote.  It's been school holidays here so nothing too exciting is happening here.  I got the clearance to to go back to Zumba although it's really a mental hurdle that I have to overcome now.  So I figured I go and at worst my feet don't move and I smash it out with my upperbody.

Saturday I went and I barely moved I only burnt 500 calories but still I'm happy with that.  My heart rate was going fast just from pure adrenalin - not for the workout scared that I might hurt myself again.

Sunday - my ankle was really sore and throbbing so I thought I would give it a rest day.

Monday night I went to Glitz zumba and after watching a few youtube videos on the weekend of how they move I thought I'd give it a go.  I absolutely SMASHED through 780 calories I was so excited and totally out of breath too!  It was great!

This week for weigh-in I stayed the same which is just fine because it's 'ladies time of the month' and so I am bloated beyond belief.

I find it interesting now that I have lost some weight and I am a bit smaller I can actually feel it.  Where as being a bit bigger I just took it that it came with the territory of being larger.  Also I probably ate way too much sugary treats so figured that I've made myself full with food and diet coke drinks hence the bloating.

Now I have been SUPER good all week knowing that I was trying to combat this.  I was hoping for a loss of 100gms just to say I bet it but staying the same is better than a gain.  It's my one goal this round to not have a gain at all.

I just love this picture because it's so true sometimes weight is just a number and it doesn't tell you anything of how special or amazing you are xoxo

So now we have dealt with that it's onwards and upwards or actually 'downwards....'!
