Struggletown ~ Tues 3rd April

The past few days have not been without their challenges.  Friday morning at 11am I found out about a 3 day training course for my work.  I went into panic mode because Monday and Tuesday are two of my biggest gym days also there are a few other variables out of my control.

The training was amazing and the food even more so it always is at these events however I was not aware until after the first day that I could make requests about change of diet.  There was a manager on the second day who needed gluten free food and so she got appropriate snacks which I felt would have been best for me to eat.

On  the first day i took my own piece of fruit, yoghurt and almonds for morning and afternoon tea so I wasn't tempted by the yummy food that was there but on the second day I lost the will power game and ate however I really only had a taste of what was there and didn't inhale anything too major!

As it was in a hotel the food was top quality and also a lot of white carbs loaded with dressings and deep fried foods.  I drank still a lot of water however it was hard as we were sitting for long periods of time so couldn't keep getting up to go to the loo.

When I got home on the Monday night I was exhausted and also still VERY sore from the boardwalk the day before so I didn't go to netball or the gym.

Then Tuesday was the same with my lack of movement.  I was still VERY sore and extremely tired from two full on days of training.  Also there was a bit of a mix up with picking up my children so I didn't get home in time to leave to go to the gym for my normal Zumba!

I am dreading weigh in tomorrow!!!
