Well as expected a gain!!! It was only 1kg and I am only a few days away from ttotm so no doubt I have some fluid retention happening there but also the rich foods and lack of movement from the past two days have no helped at all. They say that loosing weight is about 80% of what you put into your mouth!
Today at school was Sports Day for my son and I was dreading it as my son has mild autism he can be difficult to handle at times. I wasn't prepared with snacks at all especially as I couldn't see how to keep yoghurt cold during the day. For lunch I shared hot chips with my son as he has a limited diet I wasn't prepared at all with healthy food. I didn't eat anything from the cake stand however as I just didn't want to 'add insult to injury' and also nothing looked yummy as silly as that sounds.
I was totally exhausted at the end of the day I know I only ended up drinking about 500mls of water and had a major headache by the time I got home. When I did get home I sat on the couch and literally collapsed then we ended up having Hungry Jacks for dinner as noone could be bothered to cook anything.
Fail to plan and you plan to fail... but you know what this is a bump in the road it was only one day and it's time to move on. I am feeling guilty but it's a lesson to be learnt and it hasn't destroyed my whole journey so far it's just sent me off course, tomorrow is another day!
