Today I get to work with my very good friend who also happens to be a PT - Rosemary. I post the above picture as she tells me that she has a PT that smashes her as I say that's the good thing about being smashed by your PT is that you know they are being smashed by their's. So how far around does the circle go??? Will I one day be smashing a PT??? LOL
I actually met her in one of the 12wbt groups and she took me for a training session earlier in the program and nearly killed me but you know what I'm still breathing, I'm still sweating it's all good!!!

Today we worked on ketllebells - I had never worked with these before so was eager to see what the fuss was all about I expected some hard work but I'm not sure if it was in the places I expected LOL. I'm sure going to be sporting a few bruises from some of the bangs I gave myself. Surprisingly there was only 5 different exercises however they really do work you quite well.
I plan on doing these as my toning along with some other things because as you all know I really am over body pump. Rosemary said that I can do these for about 20 mins or so after a Zumba class so that's good while I'm at the gym I can do that with my cardio!
Oh I don't have a calorie count for my workout for you because my HRM turned itself off although I'm thinking with some of the chest work I did I probably hit a button somewhere and turned it off. This workout certainly got my heart rate up though for the short time that I was doing it wow!
My butt is absolutely killing me although I'm told that kettlebells will give me the butt to die for. If that's the case will I be buried butt upwards if I get the butt I have worked so hard for especially if it kills me??? LOL
Of course did Zumba @ Glitz today and did 510 calories - I'm sure it's a lower number as I was trying to save myself for the kettlebell torture (cough - well loved workout.... tee hee). We also had my friend do a dance or two of the Zumba Gold style so that was nice to see her again and have a bit more slower paced routines!
