Weigh In - WOO HOO Mini Goal - Wed 25th April

Well today is Wednesday and every Wednesday is weigh in day.... I'm soooooo nervous have I done enough, what ever the outcome it's a result that I will take onboard and take stock of my week.

We weight naked after a wee first thing in the morning out of bed.... I step on the scales... and WOO HOO I'm down 600gms making a grand total of 10kgs which is one of my mini goals for this 12wbt round.

My overall total is to get 15kgs but having a few weeks as a gain or staying the same I'm won't reach it but that's ok because this is about a journey it's not just a 12 week program and then I get to do what I want it's about setting myself up for life and being the best possible person I can be!

I also had to post this picture as I forgot to post a while ago. I said to hubby that I can now do pushups on my toes and he goes yeah I can do some too so drops down with legs up on the couch and does some - show off!  So I take a picture.... tee hee.... nothing is safe from me and the blog!!!







We only have one week left to go in 12wbt but as a few of us say online next week's weigh in is only a number because then there is still a few more weeks to loose some extra to fit into that dress for the melbourne party

One week to go - let's make it count!!!
