After Saturday's birthday function although I'm pretty sure I ate as best I could I didn't want to take any chances so Zumba'd my way to the gym as it was Lisa doing the class for another instructor so I got really excited as I figured it should be a good calorie burn as I know the routine fairly well. I was right 773 calories woo hoo! Hopefully that was all last nights dinner and dessert tasting.... tee hee

Zumba with Kylie at her little studio and then Sculpt again and pleased to say that I moved up with the weights that I used as I really wanted to push myself! Hopefully those toned arms and legs are just around the corner!
This first picture is the weights that I used in the first class. I choose pink cause I was being a girl! Tee Hee! However they were both only 1kg each which I tell you on some of the leg work it feel's like 100kgs!
This is the second set of weights that I used on the second sesson. 2kgs each and oh boy did I feel it! It was great thought I knew the movements from the previous week so it was great to be able to work on my technique. ZUMBA UPDATE - 13 classes so far!!!! (11 days down - woo hoo still ahead)
