Zumba Challenge Day 10 & 11 - Mon 26 March

After Saturday's birthday function although I'm pretty sure I ate as best I could I didn't want to take any chances so Zumba'd my way to the gym as it was Lisa doing the class for another instructor so I got really excited as I figured it should be a good calorie burn as I know the routine fairly well.  I was right 773 calories woo hoo!  Hopefully that was all last nights dinner and dessert tasting.... tee hee 

I took this picture from the restaurant of this budda who is ironically sitting over the dessert bar.  I said so is this an 'after' picture if you eat too many desserts??? Bahahaha!

Zumba with Kylie at her little studio and then Sculpt again and pleased to say that I moved up with the weights that I used as I really wanted to push myself!  Hopefully those toned arms and legs are just around the corner!   

This first picture is the weights that I used in the first class.  I choose pink cause I was being a girl! Tee Hee!  However they were both only 1kg each which I tell you on some of the leg work it feel's like 100kgs!
This is the second set of weights that I used on the second sesson.  2kgs each and oh boy did I feel it!  It was great thought I knew the movements from the previous week so it was great to be able to work on my technique. 
This evening was feeling quite sore - DOMS they call it - delayed onset Muscle Sorness - yeah delayed alright... LOL!  So this bath was my comfort for the night.  It was great actually helped me to be able to move around a lot more.  
ZUMBA UPDATE - 13 classes so far!!!! (11 days down - woo hoo still ahead)
