Another day another Zumba with Kylie at the gym! Smashed 690 calories woo hoo happy with that. My daughter has a youth group on a friday evening so I'm not able to do any evening classes which is ok.
Kylie makes a comment during the class that there is an instructor course for Zumba if anyone is interested. I think hmmm sounds like fun but I keep on dancing away at the end she grabs me and tell's me that she was directing the comment to me specificially as I was hiding up in the back row of the class.
I feel a little embarrased but also a cheeky smile that someone thinks I am grooving along so nicely that I could go for an instructor course. What an honour!
I don't quite feel that I ready to do it now even though I checked it all out online and its only $225 for a whole day - if I'm not dead by the end of it.
