Pre-Season Task 6 'Organise & Diarise' Thurs 24 May

I LOVE this task.  I don't seem to do anything without my diary these days even my poor mum when she rings up and invites me somewhere I say I just have to check my diary! LOL.

I bought my diary back in round 1 for a whole $3 and I write so much stuff in it. I plan all my workouts and either tick or cross out what I did or didn't get done, I write notes in there too about children's illnesses so I can see what interupts my workout schedule whether it's internal or external excuses.

Also using a diary really helps me to get the most out of my day as I can plan everything out to make sure I get things done.  I learnt a long time ago from a dear friend to say 'if I can get it done today I will, if not then it can wait till tomorrow' there is no use totally stressing myself out any more pushing against deadlines.  Stress for me brings chocolate and other bad habits which get's in my way of my 12wbt journey and achieving my goals!

So for me - being organised is the 'KEY'!
