They say everything in your life is related to your jouney with weight loss especially all the roadblocks.
Well I seem to be driving down a VERY bumpy road right now!!!
My son is having major behavioural issues at school and it's close to driving me up the wall!!!! He is becoming violent at school and the phone calls to come and collect him anywhere from 10am - 11am means I don't get much out of my day! However it also means that I have to get organised! If I drop him off at 9am I know that it means straight to the gym to get in a workout however due to procrastination and just general stuffing around it means I never get there on time and it's affecting me.
The quick and simple answer to this would be to get up at the crack of dawn which is about 6am (hang on there's a 6am in the morning now)??? Do a workout as Mish said 'before life begin's'. But in all reality I won't do it so I just need to perhaps JFDI or wait until the evening and then plan my workout more effectively then.
I am home today with my son because I was getting my car serviced and mentioned to the school that if they called it would take a while to come and get him which they weren't too happy about so it was agreeded by all he stay with me however it means I am grounded for most of the day.
This is becoming like my life a bit right now but you know what I just wake up every day and deal with it. Control the controllables and the rest will fall into place, eat clean and train dirty when you can!
