We learn a lot in 12wbt about going into Robot mode and just doing and not waiting until things are perfect.
Yesterday was one of those days where I should be turned into a Robot and just done.
I wanted to go for a walk to the shops to do some errands and was excited for the exercise and time I would get to do a few things. First I just needed to organise some music on my phone so I could have some good fast pumping music to keep me going.
I must have tried for nearly 3 hours to try and get everything happening and organised and nothing was working the next thing I knew it was 4.30pm and I had to now drive to the shops because I had other things to do and now was fast running out of time.
I was quite annoyed with myself for having wasted time trying to make sure I had the 'perfect setting' to go for a walk which was for exercise but also just to go to the shop it wasn't like I was planning on going for a hour smash it out walk on the treadmill or bike.
It's day's like this I either have to say stuff it and just move on, I've coped without mysic before it's not like it's going to make me a star athlete on this one single walk for all of 15 minutes. I know now that all these trival things I should keep for evenings when there is nothing better to do.
The other news I have to report is that last night I went to Zumba with my best-friend Anne and I had the best time. Even though my ankle is still quite sore I figured I would give it the same gusto and move the upperbody as hard as I could and I SMASHED through another 789 calories. Pretty impressive why haven't I been able to do this before? I guess we get lazy in our day to day workouts like these.

I reckon you would watch all the dance shows......we do.....coz when you have done dance it's in your blood.....I so know this coz by eldest daughter started ballet at 5years and danced to elementary...and she can pick up any style of dance easily like zumba.
