Well loads to tell you!
Firstly my very first pair of ZUMBA pants are here!!! Hoorah!!!! Thanks ebay and 12wbt for the fact that I can fit into them. They are a little squish but with some more hard work I will be able to fit a bit easier. I think it makes me dance better I'm sure of it as I see the tags swishing around and I think woo hoo I look like 'The Flash' LOL. Now that's another 'goal' I can cross of the list now.... maybe I'll now go for the goal of fitting into a pair of XL as I'm in an XXL now (which in reality is a small size 16 still pft - designers these days they think everyone is skinny)!!!
Monday night at Zumba I got called up on stage to help with a song not sure because of my pants but you work so much harder when your up there OMG.... My HR went up to 210 it was quite difficult to breath!!!! Also pretty interesting to be on stage as the physio said 'take it easy'..... hmmmm easy / zumba ... ??? sorry I don't understand.... LOL
Monday arvo I had my physio review and she is impressed with it but would like to see me one more time to make sure I'm still travelling alright. Got her to strap it so I could see this thing called '6's that she was talking about and it was NOT what I thought I was doing when I strapped it by myself so glad I got a good look at that.
It's been great having it strapped because I physically am having trouble moving my ankle in that side to side direction so I feel it pull on the tape and I don't force my foot as much.
Interesting that I can't move it as much as I have been SMASHING out PB's for Zumba. The best was a PB for Glitz (without my shoe sliders) I did 810 there. I got told that I have been working really hard lately so that has made me feel better. This morning was 750 and I had another instructor tell me she was impressed with the way I can move around so there is always a way of going around an injury - just wish that I would have worked on that sooner.... LOL
